TOKYO, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Japan's Mazda Motor Corp. said it restarted production of the Mazda3 compact car in China on Monday after a suspension of almost seven months. A spokesman in Tokyo said the auto maker could not disclose other details, including when sales would start and through what channel.
