Merkel sceptical of RHJ's chances with Opel-paper

BERLIN, Aug 20 (Reuters) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel told a newspaper on Thursday she was highly sceptical about the chances of Belgium-based financial investor RHJ International winning the battle to buy carmaker Opel.
