CHICAGO, July 21 (Reuters) - Auto parts supplier Methode Electronics Inc. , which faces an unsolicited tender offer from Dura Automotive Systems Inc. , on Monday said it agreed to buy back its Class B shares from holders including family trusts for an average of $23 a share.
