MG Rover sees China joint venture deal next month

LONDON, Dec 16 (Reuters) - Britain's MG Rover said on Thursday it expected to finalise a key joint venture deal with Chinese carmaker Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp. (SAIC) by January or February next year.
