MG Rover talks with China's SAIC advance

LONDON/FRANKFURT, Nov 20 (Reuters) - British carmaker MG Rover said on Saturday that cooperation talks with Chinese carmaker SAIC had advanced, which a report said would provide over one billion pounds to help save the UK firm.
