TORONTO, Feb 7 (Reuters) - MI Developments Inc. shareholders will vote on an investor proposal to transform the company into a real estate investment trust, the Canadian company said on Monday.
Greenlight Capital, an investment firm that owns 9.9 percent of MID's class A shares, is proposing that MI sell, or spin off, its 59 percent equity stake in racetrack operator
