Minister from Porsche state attacks Volkswagen law

BERLIN, Sept 19 (Reuters) - The prime minister of Porsche's home state attacked a draft German law preserving the state of Lower Saxony's blocking minority stake in Volkswagen as a needless provocation of the European Union.
