TOKYO, Nov 27 (Reuters) - Japanese carmaker Mitsubishi Motors Corp (MMC), Japan's only loss-making car maker, and U.S. brokerage firm Merrill Lynch plan to set up a joint venture in North America, the Nihon Keizai Shimbun said on Saturday.
