M&M not to bid for stake in Punjab Tractors-BSE


BOMBAY, July 25 (Reuters) - Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd (M&M) , India's largest tractor maker, has decided not to submit bids for a 23.49 percent stake in state-run Punjab Tractors Ltd , according to a posting on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Web site on Friday. The Punjab government invited bids last December for the strategic sale of its holding in Punjab Tractors as part of a disinvestment drive.
