TOKYO, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Ailing Japanese auto maker Mitsubishi Motors Corp. (MMC) said on Monday it would issue new common shares to three sister firms in the Mitsubishi group at 104 yen each, equivalent to a 10 percent discount on the average price of its shares during the past six months.
