TOKYO, April 3 (Reuters) - Mitsubishi Motors Corp (MMC) said on Thursday a recall of about 243,000 of its vehicles in Japan would cost 5.2 billion yen ($44 million), but that it would not affect MMC's earnings outlook for the just-ended business year.
