BOMBAY, Aug 16 (Reuters) - Mahindra & Mahindra's tractor sales have risen by 10 percent and utility vehicle and light truck sales by 17 percent in the four-and-a-half months since April 1, the chairman of India's largest tractor and utility vehicle maker said on Friday.
