RACINE, Wis., July 17 (Reuters) - Modine Manufacturing Co. , which provides heating and cooling for vehicles and buildings, said its first-quarter earnings rose slightly, helped by strength in its automotive business.
The Racine, Wisconsin-based company had net income of $10.4 million, or 31 cents a share, in the period ended June 26 compared with $10.2 million, or 31 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue fell 2 percent to $272.6 million from $279.4 million.
