Moody's changes GM, GMAC outlook to negative

LONDON, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Moody's Investors Service on Monday said it affirmed the Baa2 long-term rating of General Motors Corporation but changed its outlook to negative as the company settled a disputed put option with Fiat SpA.
