TOKYO, Jan 14 (Reuters) - Credit ratings agency Moody's Investors Service said on Wednesday it may downgrade its rating on Nissan Motor Co due to the worsening outlook for global auto markets.

Moody's has placed its A3 long-term issuer rating on the Japanese carmaker under review for possible downgrade to examine
