NEW YORK, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Moody's Investors Service on Wednesday said it expects to confirm its "Ba1" debt rating, the highest junk level, on General Motors Acceptance Corp. LLC when a controlling stake in the General Motors Corp. finance unit is sold.
The rating outlook is expected to be negative, reflecting business links with GM, Moody's said in a statement.
