NEW YORK, May 16 (Reuters) - Moody's Investors Service on Friday said it may cut its long-term debt ratings on automaker Fiat , citing weak profits and operational challenges facing the company.
Moody's said it may cut its long-term debt rating of "Ba1," its highest junk grade, affecting about 12.7 billion euros of debt. Ratings downgrades usually increase borrowing costs.
