Morgan Stanley launches Y55 bln in 7-yr Samurais

TOKYO, Aug 25 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley issued 55 billion yen ($499 million) in seven-year samurai bonds on Thursday, lead manager Morgan Stanley Securities said.

The Samurai bonds -- yen bonds issued in Japan by non-Japanese entities -- will carry a coupon of 1.32 percent and be priced at par. ($1=110.22 Yen)
