MILAN, Oct 10 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley sold 6.5 million shares of automaker Fiat in Milan on Tuesday at 12.72 euros a share, or about 0.59 percent of ordinary shares, a market source said.
Morgan Stanley declined to comment.
"The shares were sold in five minutes just before 1400 (1200 GMT)," the source said.
