RABAT, July 2 (Reuters) - Moroccan truck assembler Berliet Maroc said on Tuesday it had doubled it capital to 125 million dirhams ($11.7 million).
The firm said in a published statement the capital increase, effective July 1, would be made out of reserves. Shareholders would receive one free share for each share they hold.
The firm would now have 1.25 million shares with a nominal value of 100 dirhams each.
