BOMBAY, June 17 (Reuters) - Indian auto components maker Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd. told the stock exchange on Friday it would buy Germany's insolvent G+S Kunststofftechnik GmbH for 2 million euros.
The German firm, located near Stuttgart, makes plastic injection molding components for several auto makers in Europe, the notice said. The company has a turnover of about 9 million euros a year.
