LONDON, Feb 5 (Reuters) - Plans for a U.S.-based Formula One team in 2010 are serious but will depend on the sport cutting costs and changing the rules, FIA President Max Mosley said on Thursday.
The Briton told reporters that a proposed USF1 team had contacted the governing International Automobile Federation about entering next year.
