BOMBAY, Aug 10 (Reuters) - Munjal Auto Industries Ltd. said on Wednesday its board had decided to spin off its forging unit at Gurgaon into a separate company Shivam Autotech Ltd.
It said the residual company would continue to make sheet metal components at Vadodara in Gujarat.
