TOKYO, Sept 19 (Reuters) - Japanese electronics components maker Murata Manufacturing Co. Ltd. said on Tuesday it would start sales of high-power lithium-ion batteries for power tools and battery-powered bicycles by autumn 2007.
Murata has made no sales projections, but hopes to expand production by 2012 to include batteries for hybrid cars, a spokesman said.
