VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug 7 (Reuters) - A trade tribunal has struck a blow to Methanex Corp's nearly $1 billion complaint over California banning the gasoline additive MTBE, but left the door open for the Canadian chemical company to try again to seek damages.
