DETROIT, June 6 (Reuters) - Navistar International Corp. on Wednesday said it has filed a lawsuit against Ford Motor Co. , seeking damages for breach of a diesel engine contract for the Ford F-150 pickup trucks.
The Illinois-based truck and engine maker said the suit, filed in Cook County, Illinois, seeks "at least hundreds of millions of dollars."
