BOSTON, Sept 21 (Reuters) - Truck and engine maker Navistar International Corp said on Friday that it plans to release restated financial results for 2003 through 2005, as well as third quarter 2007 "operational metrics," on Oct. 25. (Reporting by Scott Malone)
