March 20 (Reuters) - Truck and Engine maker Navistar International Corp. reported flat total worldwide shipments in the first quarter, even as medium and heavy commercial truck and school bus shipments in the United States and Canada fell 6 percent.
The company also backed its earlier outlook for industry volume for the United States and Canada for its year ending Oct. 31.
