WASHINGTON, Dec 10 (Reuters) - Navistar Defense LLC, an affiliate of Navistar International Corp , has won a $362.3 million order for 400 mine-resistant, ambush-protected trucks for the U.S. Marines, the Pentagon said Wednesday.
The vehicles feature enhanced maneuverability and expanded armor, including blast-resistant underbodies to protect crew members against mines and direct fire, the Defense Department's daily contract summary said.
