HELSINKI, July 8 (Reuters) - The Finnish oil refiner Neste Oil has signed a a memorandum of understanding with French Total SA to evaluate possibilities to jointly build a large biodiesel fuel plant in Europe, it said on Friday.
"The companies plan to locate the biodiesel plant to one of Total's oil refineries, and aim to commence production in 2008," Neste Oil said in a statement.
