SAN FRANCISCO, Dec 9 (Reuters) - Nevada Gov. Jim Gibbons will sign on Tuesday afternoon four bills approved by lawmakers to close a more than $340 million shortfall in the state's current budget opened by a steep drop in revenues, his office said in a statement.
The bills provide for spending cuts, transfers between state accounts, some tax changes for car-rental companies and sales of liquor and cigarettes and a $160 million loan from a fund of local government money.
