WASHINGTON, March 13 (Reuters) - A leading consumer group stepped up pressure on Thursday for a voluntary recall of seat belts on up to 16 million Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles amid fresh assertions they can accidentally unlatch during crashes.
