MUMBAI, May 8 (Reuters) - Auto-parts maker Amtek Auto is selling 800 million rupees of bonds on Friday, the company told the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The 10-year bonds carry a coupon rate of 11.5 percent, payable quarterly, and are rated 'AA' by CARE. Redemption is in five yearly installments beginning from the end of the sixth year.
