April 12 (Reuters) - FUEL Trust, a unit of Ford Motor Co on Tuesday sold $1.5 billion of exchange linked notes in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $1 billion.
Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale. BORROWER: FUEL TRUST AMT ...
