Dec 5 (Reuters) - Harley-Davidson Funding Corp, a unit of U.S. motorcycle maker Harley-Davidson Inc. , on Wednesday sold $500 million of five-year medium-term notes in the 144a private placement market, said market sources.
The size of the deal was decreased from an originally planned $500 million.
