Aug 13 (Reuters) - Ingersoll-Rand Global Holding Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Indersoll-Rand Co Ltd , late on Tuesday sold $1.6 billion of three-part senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication, on Wednesday.
