NEW YORK, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. priced about $1.2 billion in asset-backed securities supported by car loans it made, a source close to the deal said on Wednesday.
Morgan Stanley and ABN AMRO jointly headed the deal's underwriting group, the source said.
