WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Nov. 9 (Reuters) - Tenneco Automotive Inc. , the Lake Forest, Illinois-based maker of shock absorbers and exhaust systems, sold $500 million in 10-year senior subordinated notes in the 144a private placement market, market sources said on Tuesday.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $350 million.
