NEW YORK, July 29 (Reuters) - Car finance company WFS Financial Inc priced about $1.55 billion in asset-backed securities supported by car loans it made, a source familiar with the deal said on Thursday.
Deutsche Bank Securities and Credit Suisse First Boston were the deal's joint underwriters, while Banc of America Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets and Lehman Brothers were the deal's co-managers, the source said.
