A special recognition dinner was held to honor Westside Lexus as the recipient of the 2008 Toyota/Lexus Certified Collision Center of the Year.
Westside, a Houston, TX, dealership was selected from among the 168 nationwide Toyota and Lexus Certified Collision Center dealers. It is the first Lexus dealer collision center to have won the award.
“This award goes to the dealer that best exemplifies the spirit of certification,” says Roger Foss, national field support manager for Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc.
All 168 dealers were evaluated on a points system based on customer satisfaction, manager, estimator and technician certification, facility and equipment requirements and benchmark achievements.
Accepting the award for Westside Lexus was Jack Kendall, president, Brett Aldridge, general manager, and Ronnie Brush, collision center manager.
