Ford Motor Co. faces billions of dollars in claims filed in connection with rollovers of its Explorer sport/utility vehicle. The automaker tells the Securities and Exchange Commission in its annual report that claims totaled more than $10 billion in five lawsuits. Ford Chief Executive Jacques Nasser has defended Explorer, citing tire failure as the root cause of the rollovers.
