It’s official – and too bad for Chrysler. Last week DaimlerChrysler announced by “mutual consent” former Chrysler Chief Operating Officer Wolfgang Bernhard has left the company, ending rumors the auto maker would find a way to keep him on staff. Judging Bernhard’s impact by the vehicles rolling off the drawing boards and into showrooms, that’s a big loss for Chrysler. And apparently for no good reason.
