Porsche AG produces its 100,000th Cayenne earlier than expected. The milestone vehicle rolls off the line at the auto maker's Leipzig, Germany, plant less than three years after production began. Porsche says it originally estimated sales of 25,000 Cayennes annually, but actually sold 40,000 in fiscal 2004. North America remains the key market for Cayenne, accounting for 40% of worldwide sales.
