Chrysler Group recalls 143,500 ’02 Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country minivans built from September 2001 through March 11, 2002, at its Windsor, Ont., Canada plant. The minivans may have a bad weld on the fuel tank, which could cause fuel to leak and possibly lead to a fire. Chrysler says its fuel tank supplier is to blame for the problem.
