Chrysler Group says a potential problem with a throttle cable is causing it to recall its new ’04 Dodge Durango SUV and halt further sales. Chrysler reportedly has notified dealers that some 21,000 new Durango SUVs equipped with 3.7L V-6 and 4.7L V-8 engines could get water in the throttle cable housing, and the throttle could stick open in cold temperatures, causing the vehicle to crash.
