Daimler AG says it intends to appoint Wolfgang Bernhard as a full member of its board of management, succeeding Rainer Schmueckle. “Discussions” are being held with Schmueckle, currently responsible for production and procurement Mercedes-Benz Car, the Stuttgart-based company said in a statement.
