DOT Secretary LaHood Condemns Distracted Driving; Pleased With Detroit Three Progress

DETROIT – If U.S. Department of Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood had his druthers, distracted driving would be akin to drunk driving or operating a vehicle without a seatbelt.

When asked what the government can do to address the problem, LaHood is blunt.
