Daewoo plant tops productivity list LONDON — Daewoo Motor Co. Ltd.'s Changwon, South Korea, plant is the world's most productive, according to London-based Economist Intelligence Unit's annual plant survey. The Daewoo plant surpassed Mitsubishi Motors Corp.'s Mizushima, Japan, plant with 165 vehicles built per employee. MMC builds 163 vehicles per employee.
