VIENNA – OOO Taganrogsky Avtomobilny Zavod (TagAZ) builds the first Tagaz C-100 sedan at its plant in Taganrog, Russia. The auto maker, which primarily assembles previous-generation Hyundai Motor Co. Ltd. vehicles from complete-knocked-down kits, in February announced a plan to launch its own brand of cars. Serial production of the C-100 is expected to begin in June.
