The GM China Group starts production of the first low-cost passenger car to be built by its SAIC-GM-Wuling minicommercial-vehicle joint venture on Nov. 18. Called the Baojun 630, the new small car will be manufactured at SAIC-GM-Wuling’s plant in Liuzhou, Guangxi.
